Forgotten Password

If you find you can't login, usually with an error "Forbidden - possible error with username/password" then there are a few things to check.

Firstly, the username is Case-Sensitive.  i.e., if you used any capital letters when you registered, you need to enter the exact same for the username on the login/launcher.  Similarly with the password.  Please try various combinations before you call for help.

We have no way to find out your current password.  If you cannot remember it at all, we have the ability to change it to a random password for you.  You need to email Amanda <amanda@altaway.xyz> from the email address you used when you signed up.   If you have the original validation email, please reply to that as the content allows us to determine your exact account, otherwise, please let us know your username and any avatar names so we can trace the account.  We'll then email you a new password.
